The battle lines have been crossed, surrenders have been waived, and Red Hat and SCO stand face to face awaiting the first blow.
On Monday, SCO has gone before the judge requesting defense from Red Hat claiming that Red Hat has no right to attack. I think that is amusing.
SCO would like to have the judge frop the case that Red Hat has brought before them which would ultimately allow SCO to go after all of the Linux Distro's. I hope the other Distro's are teaming up with Red Hat on this one.
In my opinion Red Hat is fighting for the Linux brand, Red Hat is fighting to control the fear that SCO is trying to instill into consumers and Red Hat fights to vindicate us all.
Fight on Red Hat., Fight on.....
