Bill Gates, One Man with a big heart?

This is an opinion story and does not reflect actual motives. But, again, it is my opinion. I smell a stinker..

India as many of you might know is a growing technology hub. India has been reaching out and embracing Linux as a Nationwide operating system, as well as, actively educating students in the O/S.
Microsoft in the past has publicly stated that they understand this to be a threat to the Microsoft family of Operating Systems and Servers. This threat stems from the fact the not only the general public is accepting of Linux, but, the government is as well. This is news that I read about the week before last.
This is what makes it all very interesting. The Gates foundation has now donated money to help pay for immunization for Hepatitis in India 1 week after the above news....
I smell a stinker. Go Figure.
