superd

1. Single-port inetd with pre-forking, suited for high-speed servers. superd turns any program that normally talks to stdin and stdout into a high speed server. It's similar in functionality to inetd but it handles only one port per invocation. It uses pre-forking and file descriptor passing to achieve high performance. From Debian 3.0r0 APT
