fspd1. A File Service Protocol (FSP) server FSP is an alternative to anonymous FTP that is very resource friendly. The server does not fork so it can handle far more concurrent users. Also, the protocol is designed with a transmisson failure backoff, so it's transfers do not interfere with interactive network applications.
