RAID level 6

1. A redundant array of inexpensive disks (RAID) implementation that allows two hard disks to fail without loss of data and boasts very good data-reading performance, but also has poor data-writing performance. RAID level 6 is similar to RAID level 5, except that it distributes two copies of the error-checking data across the array. From QUECID
